Job Description

If you have a solid background in administration and customer services in a busy office environment and are able to work on a full-time basis for an ongoing period in the Caerphilly area, this role could be the right one for you.

Our client is seeking someone who has experience in the following:

- Dealing with customer queries (B2B) on the phone and via e-mail

- Processing invoices

- Dealing with invoice queries

- Working to deadlines

- General admin duties

- Using MS Excel and CRM systems

- Communicating with people at all levels via e-mail and on the phone

- following processes

Skills required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Methodical approach

- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems

Hourly pay rate: £8 Hours of work: 37.5 hours between 8am - 6pm on a rota (flexible), Monday - Friday.
