Office Assistant, Cheltenham, £15K

We are looking for an Office Assistant to assist with general office duties and provide support to the MD
This is an entry level role which would suit an individual who has finished education and would love the opportunity to work for a leading travel company.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Ensure that the MD has all the necessary stationery supplies in preparation for her Cheltenham meetings
*Printing documentation in advance of meetings as and when required
*Provide assistance to the MD's PA as required, this will involve regular phone and one-to-one catch-ups to plan and receive tasks
*Ensure that the MD's office is supplied with everything necessary - this includes catering arrangements and making sure that the space is tidy
*Ensure MD is provided with refreshments throughout the day, including external meeting attendees as required
*Monitor MD's meeting schedule and advise next meeting attendees of any changes to scheduled start times
*Check e-mail and respond to any day-to-day issues that arise
*Assist with office social events, liaise with managers and outside providers
*The ability to answer phones within the standard set by the Company
*To meet or exceed expectations by maintaining an accurate and consistent approach to work
*To provide high levels of confidentiality at all times
*Educated to a minimum of A Level standard
*An interest in travel and a good knowledge of Europe would be beneficial
