If you have excellent attention to detail, the ability to engage with customers via telephone and email, and you enjoy analysing reports we want to hear from you, as we are looking for aspiring new team members as our client continue to grow globally.
As a Trainee Client Support Analyst, you'll be given numerous responsibilities such as raising incidents, investigating incidents and communicating back the results of your investigations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Client Services Analyst, you will be given training and continued support to achieve your personal career goals and individual ambitions. We are looking for candidates who want to develop a career within the IT sector.
The working hours for this role are shift based. After an initial training period you will be covering either, a 7.00 am to 3.30 pm shift, or, a 10.30 am to 7.00 pm shift on a Monday to Friday Basis.
Salary of £16,000 pa.
