One of the UK’s leading recruitment and training agency, Acorn, clearly understands the needs of its clients; according to everyone questioned in a recent survey.
The Acorn Group, which includes Acorn, Concept Staffing and Exxell, received positive feedback after undertaking its annual client satisfaction survey.
Everyone who completed the survey agreed that the Acorn Group met all of their requirements, with 98% saying the company had met and exceeded all expectations – an increase on last year.
When asked what the most important elements of a recruitment agency’s service were, the most common answers included providing a quick response and understanding the clients’ needs and requirements.
All of those surveyed (100 per cent) said they would use Acorn’s services again, while 98 per cent described Acorn’s staff as “always friendly and professional.”
The company also scored very highly when it came to providing a clear indication to clients of charge rates and placement fees, and received praise for ensuring suitable candidates were provided for employment.
