The longest serving member of staff in the Swansea office of Acorn - Wales's largest independent recruitment and training provider - has been appointed Branch Manager.
Julia Price has been based in the city since her previous employer, a Swansea-based nursing agency, was acquired by Acorn in 1998.
The branch covers an area stretching from Port Talbot to Pembrokeshire and places permanent and temporary staff across a wide range of disciplines and into a large number of multi-national companies.
Julia said, "During my time at Acorn's Orchard Street branch, I've pitched in with every department, such is the nature of a busy branch office".
"There's a great team in the branch and I'm really looking forward to the challenge of continuing to build on the Acorn brand and reputation in South West Wales."

Further afield, Acorn is found in Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh, helping create a business that enjoyed a circa £40m turnover for 2004/05, and employing approximately 250 staff.
From its Head Offices at Cleppa Park just outside Newport, many of Acorn's specialist divisions such as Pegge Thomas, contactUs, Education Services, Acorn Perms, Contract Management Division and Construction, Technical & Engineering operate, and also the highly regarded Learning & Development Division.
