Acorn needed to be responsive to the needs of the section which changed in accordance with the flow of post from examiners across the world. The quality of the staff supplied was very high, and we encountered very few problems. Our requests were always understood and met with a ‘can do’ attitude at all times. The staff were friendly, positive, organised and efficient in dealing with all our queries and requests for help.
We also had a lot of positive feedback from the temporary staff supplied about their dealings with Acorn.
