CII accredits Acorn as first provider in Wales
Leading training and recruitment agency Acorn has become the first education provider in Wales to be accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
The Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services offered by Acorn brings the number of CII accredited providers in the UK to 12.
Acorn provides training and development solutions to businesses throughout the UK, this includes qualifications, learning and funding research; Acorn’s Apprenticeship provision ranges from Contact Centre, Customer Service and Administration to Management and Providing Financial Services up to Level 5 where available.
Acorn’s Head of Programme Development, Emma Choat, explained what it meant to be the first accredited provider in Wales:
“The increase in the numbers of people turning to Apprenticeships and the current focus on the financial services industry means that this sector requires the very highest standard of training provision.
“Through our extensive knowledge and familiarity with the sector in Wales, we are able to provide precisely that and we are proud that Acorn has become the first provider in Wales to win CII accreditation.”
