Acorn director joins National training board
A director at leading UK recruitment and training agency Acorn has been appointed to the board of The National Training Federation for Wales (NTFW).
Director of Operations for Acorn’s Learning & Development Division, Barbara Poole takes on the role of Vice Chair for the NTFW South East Region and will ensure that all members have a say in new education and training policy in Wales.
“The NTFW represents the interests of training providers as well as learners to inform them about the education and training agenda in Wales. The coming year will be particularly challenging for providers and in my role I hope that I will be able to both represent the members of NTFW and support them with these changes.”
Through her work at Acorn, Wales’ leading recruitment and training agency, Barbara and her team manages training and learning services for more than 1,000 individuals across the country each month.
