Acorn builds architectural recruitment
Acorn, one of the leading recruitment and training companies in the UK and the largest in Wales, has expanded further with the launch of a new business division to capitalise on the growth of the UK’s thriving architectural and design sector.
Acorn has appointed Mark Skinner, previously a senior consultant with the South Wales architectural division of Hays Architecture and one of the most experienced recruitment professionals in the sector, as Operations Manager of the new division which is based at Acorn’s Newport headquarters.
The division will provide a comprehensive recruitment service to the architectural and design sector throughout the UK and compliments the Construction consultancy and the Construction design and build divisions already in operation.
Mark Skinner said, “The continuing growth of the construction and development industries has resulted in significant new demand for experienced and talented people in all areas from CAD-qualified technicians and junior and senior architects to managing partners and board directors.”
