Gary takes the reigns at Acorn's Flint branch
Gary Howard is the new branch manager in Flint for Acorn, Wales’ leading recruitment and training company.
He has joined Acorn after a career as an industrial recruitment specialist and previously a team leader at a leading mobile phone company.
Flint was Acorn’s second branch to join the North Wales area. Opened in March 2007, it is staffed by experienced consultants from the locality filling vacancies for permanent and temporary positions across North Wales.
The branch also benefits from extensive managed contract experience gained within the food manufacturing industry.
The team specialises in office support and industrial placements but also covers sales, contact centre and executive and management recruitment. The branch is based at the Acorn Business Park
Gary said, “The aspirations for my role within Acorn are to help build the excellent service the company already provides across North Wales, to increase its client base and to increase the annual turnover in the first 12 months – this of course can only be achieved by placing the best people into the right jobs, and by doing so consistently.
Born and bred in Manchester, Gary, aged 31, moved to the Chester area two years ago and has now relocated to North Wales.
