assistant retail managers
As an Assistant Retail Manager you will play a key role in the running, development and profitable growth of a pub, hotel or restaurant - you will be energetic and with a passion for customer service, you’ll have great people-skills and possibly previous experience of leading a team – ideally in a hospitality, retail or customer service related role.
floor and / or bar staff
Floor and bar staff interact with customers; taking food and drink orders and delivering fantastic customer service.
It is vital that you maintain the highest standards demonstrating an eye for detail, as you will be the first point of contact with the customer. You can make a real difference to the customer experience, which is vital to the reputation of the outlet.
You would be responsible for the day-to-day running and performance of the kitchen operation by motivating the team to deliver excellent food, high standards and customer focus.
This role involves preparing and cooking food to the standards set by the Head Chef / Retail Manager and to the satisfaction of the customer.
