As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, it is essential that you are an excellent communicator at all levels, with a demonstrable and proven success in recruitment.  You will demonstrate a real passion for recruitment, along with flexibility, initiative and the drive and determination to succeed.  Your duties will include developing new business, interviewing and assessing candidates, and matching their skills to our clients' requirements.

You will need:

  • Demonstrable proven success within recruitment (essential)
  • A very resilient attitude
  • A natural flare for sales
  • High standard of presentation
  • Strong, charismatic personality
  • A high level of self-motivation with a strong desire to succeed
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and hitting targets
  • The ability to build relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach with the capability to work under pressure to tight time-scales
  • Good standard of education - GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
