For a complete and thorough understanding of your company, and to ensure you are the employer of choice to attract the best people in the business, we provide a full recruitment planning diagnosis by gauging your company culture and employer brand message.

Precision Search

Once the package and timescales have been agreed, and we have a thorough understanding of the skills, experience and personal specification required, a candidate briefing document is created and submitted to you for sign-off. We then create a long-list of target organisations within which potential candidates could currently be working. This list is agreed by you and provides a base-line for process and audit control.

Selection

We understand that as the precision search activity is designed to maximise the market opportunity, the recruitment process must be designed to minimise risk.

Upon delivery of the interview shortlist, you will be presented with detailed information on each candidate and also a report that shows all candidates that were identified during the process and what their responses were to the
approach. During the interviews, we can be as involved in the process as required and can facilitate off-site interviews if required for sensitive / confidential positions.

Decision

Once you have decided on the successful candidate, we will manage negotiations and notice period agreements,  and as soon as the job offer has been accepted, we will put the candidate in touch with you directly so your professional relationship can begin immediately.
