We’re delighted to work with Vale to manage their permanent and temporary job opportunities within their Clydach Nickel Refinery, which prepares and sells plant produce in the form of powder and pellets to more than 280 countries in over 30 countries across Europe, Asia and the USA. As a result, their need for skilled staff is impressive and we’d be very keen to talk to you about the opportunities available.
Vale also celebrated 120 years of production this year, and is one of the world's leading Nickel refineries.
Throughout the year, we have vacancies for a number of roles within a variety of industries; Engineering & Technology | Manufacturing | Health and Safety | HR & Quality | Commercial & Office Support | Accountancy and Finance
As an equal opportunities employer, Vale are keen to challenge the gender stereotypes within the manufacturing sector. Within this industry women are significantly underrepresented – why does this matter? Because creating greater gender diversity leads to an improved talent pool and gives organisations more skills than ever. Vale want to increase positivity in the workplace and create an environment where employees feel confident to progress within their career regardless of gender.
Quite simply, Vale cares! They’re extremely passionate about their responsibilities to care for the environment, the communities they work in and their staff.
Vale Values:
As well as being part of a company who has such ethical values, you will also benefit from competitive pay rates, long-term career support and training and development opportunities.
Opened in 1902, the Clydach Nickel Refinery is one of the oldest in the world.
