Our client in the Caerphilly area require an experienced Administrator to work in the Technical Department on an ongoing temporary basis.
Experience of working with technical information, liaising with Estimators and Engineers is highly desirable.
On Receipt of customer enquiries, input details onto Class*
Type up the relevant information as directed by the Engineer
Sending request for additional information for pending/semi-pending enquire
Print all discs and email enquiries
Dealing with customer queries over the telephone.
Ad-hoc administration duties for the Technical Department.
Run 'duplicate report' and check on CLASS
Stop jobs and stop overdue pending special fax enquiries
Produce conversions of competitor schedules
Produce quotations (tenders) from bills of quantities
Holiday & Sickness cover other roles in Admin Section
Collect/Send post from/to internal post room
Good IT skills - must be able to use Word, Outlook. Experience of using 'CLASS' is advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role

Hours of work: 37 hours per week Mon - Fri
Pay: £9.80 per hour
