Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start long term ongoing temporary assignment based in Newport.

Duties will include:-

  • Liaising with internal and external customers
  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Operating office systems
  • Processing documents
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Accessing information in support of departmental activities
  • Creating and maintain spreadsheets
  • SAP entry

Essential skills:-

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office to include Excel
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels

You will be required to work Monday - Friday

£10.13 p/h
