Job Description

Acorn is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to fulfil an immediate vacancy.

Location: Widnes (WA8)

Pay rate: NLW

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4pm (OT available)

Main responsibility

To provide a high standard of customer service via telephone calls. You will be required to work in all departments of the business supporting existing and new customer enquiries.

Job description:

  • Answering the telephone, taking accurate messages and passing on to the relevant individual.
  • Very fast paced environment.
  • Communicating via Email and telephone
  • Placing customer orders and repairs.

Experience and personal attributes:

  • Strong experience in telephony customer service.
  • Confident in Multitasking and working in a fast paced environment.
  • High Attention to detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

Must have own transport as there is no public transport to this site
