Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Accounts Assistant due to our clients ongoing success.

You will work in a busy modern head office located on the outskirts of Plymouth.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and have experience of working in a busy Accounts department or office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Checking of DEX / EDI received invoices
  • Approving invoices once checked against orders
  • Passing approved invoices for payment
  • Query handling /credit request raising
  • Contact with store staff to query delivery booking errors
  • Contact with other accounts staff to discuss invoices in query

Working Monday to Friday, 8.45am -5.30pm
