Acorn is recruiting on behalf of our client based within the Caldicot area who is looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a 9 month FTC.
* Checking, matching and inputting purchase ledger invoices
* Checking and inputting purchase ledger credit notes
* Reconciling supplier statements and setting up payment runs
* Identifying, reporting and chasing supplier invoice queries
* Ordering stationery
* Reporting IPG monthly sales figures
* Setting up new customer/supplier accounts on system
* Reconcile and draw down PayPal account
* Accounts/Purchase ledger experience.
* Strong administration skills.
* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy skill.
* Strong IT skills.
* Monday to Friday working hours (9am - 5 pm with 30 minutes lunchbreak)
* Free parking on site.
* Paying £9.45 an hour.
* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
