Acorn Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Area Manager in the cleaning industry.
Our client is based towards the outskirts of Pontypridd and is looking to pay up to £25,000 per annum.
Ensure that each site is cleaned in line with our clients specification and that we are achieving their expectations
Personnel / Training:
1.Ensure that each team member is fully trained into job role
2.Managing staff rotas
3.Ensure that training records are kept up to date
5.Report equipment failures immediately
6.Ensure that cleaning equipment and cupboards are kept clean and tidy
7.Ensure all staff are wearing company uniform and PPE in line with the role
8.Ensure Health and Safety procedures are correctly followed and strictly adhered to
9.Regularly update and liaise with clients and employees
10.Regularly update and liaise with directors
1.Recruitment of staff and completion of all start up documentation
2.Submission of all relevant documentation to Head Office within the agreed timescales
3.Ensure that all signing in / out procedures are followed
4.Ensure that all budgets are correctly managed
5.Maintain stock levels
6.Document issues raised and resolved promptly
7.Document audits carried out and update planner
2.Knowledge of cleaning colour coding
