Acorn Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator to support the Head of HR and the HR Administrative Team in a school based in Thornbury, North Bristol.
The successful candidate will benefit from working in beautiful surroundings within a friendly team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Placing Recruitment Advertisements.
* Organising and coordinating interviews.
* Completing all pre-employment checks as required by our safer recruitment procedures.
* Requesting and receiving DBS disclosures.
* Preparing personnel files.
* Updating Sage database and School Single Central Register.
* Recording absence and sickness certification.
* General Administration and support for the main School office when needed.
HR experience or an equivalent qualification is essential.
