The position will be based in the client's Devizes office and offers a salary up to £24,000 with various benefits.
What the role will involve:
- Assisting in the preparation of month end reports.
- Daily bank reconciliation.
- Ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately.
- Authorising purchase orders to suppliers.
- Managing petty cash.
- Processing CHAPS payments.
What the client is looking for:
- Experience using SAGE.
- Great academic background - Beneficial if you have made progress on your AAT.
- Good understanding of accounts in a service-based organisation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle large volumes of work.
- Great communication both verbally and written.
