Sales Manager - Construction Industry
Basic to £55,000 + commission, company car and benefits

As part of the Business Development Team, you will be instrumental in building pipeline and creating business opportunities from existing and new clients.
You will be responsible for sales strategy and researching and analysing market trends. You will also take ownership of client relationships, building and maintaining a contact base with a view to developing future sales and winning capital projects.
You will also develop compelling proposals and submission, offering solutions for your clients that exceed expectations and building future pipeline.
It is essential that you possess field based sales experience in the construction sector, ideally working within a principal contractor or a modular manufacturer.
You will also possess in depth knowledge of the construction industry and project procurement; and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of generating sales through winning of capital projects.
In addition, you will be a strong relationship builder with established network of construction industry contacts.
