Job Title: Infrastructure & Network Engineer
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
Location: Cardiff

Our client, is looking for a strong networking and infrastructure engineer to help support the networks that underpin the countries transport systems. You will fit into a strong networking team representing our client working with cisco technologies and windows-based infrastructure. You will have the autonomy to work on a number of networking related projects whilst working in a very unique environment. You will make a really difference to the running of the country with your networking skills and have the opportunity and training to progress into more of a well-rounded infrastructure engineer.

Experience Required

• Driving license.
• Strong networking experience across Cisco / HP kit - Routing, Switching, Firewalls etc.
• Configuration of VMWare / Hyper-V virtualised servers and Desktop support - Windows 7 - 10, AD, Exchange, Office - is desirable.
• CCNA is desirable.
• ITIL / Prince 2 knowledge is desirable.
• SCADA & COBS experience is desirable.
