Are you looking for an accounts Administration position working part from home part office based?

Do you live in the Wiltshire area?

Do you have experience in creating Excel spreadsheets (vlook ups, pivot tables, macros, formulas etc) with large amounts of data?

Do you have attention to detail?

Are you happy to work Monday to Friday 08.00am-16.00pm part from home and part office based ?

The position is based in Calne.

The role involves liaising with clientele, chasing suppler documentation, collating information, sorting invoice's to ensure they match, dealing with any discrepancies, collating and chasing shipping notes from the USA. Ensuring all information required is present to collate on Excel.

The spreadsheet will involve complex data and having exceptional skills in this area is paramount in order to complete this to company standard.

You will handle accounts payable and receivable also

As the role evolves there will be further duties that would be added to give a wider variety to the role.

Previous experience in a banking/ financial service role would be beneficial

A trip abroad is included in the benefits as well as up to £25,000-£26,000 per annum salary.
