A rare but exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent experienced Office Manager with accounts experience to join our client, a longstanding, gold accredited company in the Ashburton area.
We are looking for an individual who has exceptional attention to detail, can organise a busy day, and have a passion for helping deliver exceptional customer service at all times
The role will involve but not limited to
* Complete payroll through sage 50 and 100 (paying up to ten people)
* Trial balance through sage
* Manage a small team - up to two
* Ordering stationary and office consumables to ensure constant supply
* Liaising with suppliers and customers both on the phone and via email
* Debt chasing
* Managing the internal database ensuring all is accurate and up to date
Working hours - Monday to Friday office hours, 8.30am - 17.30pm
