2nd Line Support - Cardiff / Remote - up to £200 per day
Acorn Recruitment is looking for an experienced 2nd line support contractor, who is enthusiastic about technology and keeps up to date with the latest tech trends. Our client is a leading managed service provider, who is well known for their use of cutting edge infrastructure technologies and partnerships with industry leaders such as Dell and Microsoft.
*Experience with ticket logging and management systems working to SLA
*Active Directory and Office 365 administration
*Windows 10 installs
*Wintel based hardware and software maintenance
*Experience with G suite and Macs desirable
*Network troubleshooting desirable
