Ultimately, the successful claims adviser will be dealing with insurance expenses claims and supporting the other members of the team efficiently and within the parameters of the relevant FCA guidance.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a busy caseload of cases.
• Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls to gather information to assist with the claim.
• Handling each claim to a high standard and ensuring that it is assessed appropriately.

We are looking for:

• Experience working in the insurance industry.
• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communications
