Shift Production Manager

Shifts - 05:45 - 14:15, 13:45- 22:15 and 19:45 - 06:15 - weekly rotation, Monday to Friday

Salary DOE, £35k - £40k

Our client, a large Multi-National Manufacturing business has a very exciting opportunity for a Shift Safety and Production at their location in the High Peak Borough of Derbyshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a large company at the spearhead of the operation. Managing a team of 15 - 20 operatives, you will have excellent leadership qualities and a strong background in production management including implementing and leading lean.

Duties include:

- Influence productivity output ratios
- Implementing lean 5s
- Zoning
- Reduction of Waste
- Ensure Health and Safety regulation are carried out at all times.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure smooth running of equipment and PPM.

To be the successful candidate you will be a highly motivated individual with a massive will succeed and make improvements. Health and Safety will be a passion as well as the desire to reduce wastage. You will be a strong leader and mentor. Although a NEBOSH is desired, the successful candidate will be put through the course should you not have it.
