We are on the hunt for a passionate individual who is comfortable working stand-alone as the only L&D practitioner in a small yet, fast-paced People & Culture team.
Working in partnership, you'll provide advice, guidance and support to colleagues and leaders at all levels to achieve their full capabilities, unlocking potential in colleagues and leading creative and impactful learning solutions.
*Recommend best-practice and innovative learning solutions to meet identified needs, promoting a range of blended learning methods in line with the 70:20:10 learning model
*Act as the first point of contact in respect of all L&D queries and issues
*Proactively work with the leadership teams to plan spend against budget ensuring they maximize value for the business as a whole
*Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety framework
*Ensure the organization effectively fulfils its obligations and commitment to diversity and inclusivity
Essential Experience & Knowledge
*Previous experience of working in a stand-alone L&D role or as part of a fast paced L&D/OD team
*Relevant CIPD qualification/L&D qualification or Coaching qualification
*Experience of the design, development & delivery of leadership, talent management, induction programmes as well as digital learning, and apprenticeship schemes
*Adept and experienced with LMS/LXP such as Learning Pool or similar
