Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Contract length: 3 Months initially
Rate: Up to £15.00 / hour PAYE
Location: St Asaph
A leading local government client that support multiple sites from a central services team are seeking a well-rounded Service Desk analyst that will help support over 3000 users on Microsoft/Windows based products, active directory and common Microsoft issues. This role is based in St Asaph.
*First line fixes
*Knowledge of fixes with IT equipment such as Desktops & Laptops and printers
*Office 365, windows 7 and 10 admin
*Escalation to first and second line
