Sales Support Advisor
* Answer incoming calls to main line and deal with where possible (or pass to clients account manager if needed).
* Assist Telesales and Membership with any mass bookings to be put on CRM System.
* Assist as and when with any data cleansing activities.
* Liaising with main admin team on any accounts/admin queries and then liaising with client if appropriate.
* Help sales team lead produce any weekly/months reports as required.
* Assist with any training/ consultancy proposals needed by the sales team to send on to their accounts.
* Assist Sales team leader in monitoring other team members emails to cover holidays/sickness/ part time hours.
* Any sales printing/photo copying etc for team.
* Processing bookings if required.
* Membership support - dealing with members when technical sales are away.
* Completing member check-in calls.
* Account management of a few of own clients as well as looking after others accounts when on leave.
* Develop customer relationships, looking for further business opportunities.
* Conduct regular prospecting calls with potential clients, introducing them to our services, developing relationships and increasing spends.
* Meeting delegates in the morning and showing to training rooms.
* Call targets around member check in calls.
* Small CW weekly/monthly target - Include both prospecting and AM.
* Minimum number of Prospecting calls made each month - 50.
