Customer Support Executive

Permanent

Purpose of the role:

To carry out the operational activities of the Customer Support team ensuring quality customer service and exceeding expectations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* To service ALL customers (existing and potential) accounts to ensure effective and efficient delivery to the client base.
* Dealing promptly and efficiently with all enquiries from the customers within 48 hours
* Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed in line with company policies and procedures and responding within 24 hours
* To be a team player, own and cross departmental.
* To follow all procedures issued by the company and continuously improve/maintain procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
* To carry out the following tasks accurately;
* Customer care / focus
* Sales Order processing
* Breakdowns
* Preparation of quotes
* To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the function and the department.
* To assist with answering the telephones within 3 rings
* To keep appearance and work environment tidy and professional at all times.
* Positively representing the company to the highest possible standard to customers and members of the public.
* Ensure the compliance of all Company policies and legislative requirements.
* Maintain and develop a good working relationship with all internal personnel.
* Behaving reliably and honestly with colleagues, customers and other contacts regardless of status.
* Maintain a high level of attendance and timekeeping and have a very flexible approach to working time
* Understand and continually contribute to the development of your working practices.
* Strive to achieve Company objectives beyond what is expected or required.
* Attend and participate, when required, in Company internal and external meetings.
* Adopt a very flexible attitude to ensure all duties and expectations are met.
* Have a sense of priority and acting promptly.
* Recognise and respond flexibly to unexpected situations, problems and opportunities.
* Carry out all reasonable tasks required in an efficient and effective manner.
* Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
* Contributing to and supporting the overall goals and direction of the company
