Job Description

Based within their Reading office, you will be joining a dynamic and invested team. Working within the service desk, you will be a professional and driven individual. Looking to develop and grow in your career. With a passion for your craft and a sense of creativity.

As a second-line analyst you will be working closely with third-line providers helping to create a seamless experience for the client. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the mobile device management duties. Whilst assisting other service desk team members and being proactive in your own professional development.

Experience:

- Mobile device management and maintenance.
- Very analytical with a strong sense of organisation and excellent problem-solving skills
- iOS troubleshooting skills.
- An active listener with the ability to understand stakeholder requirements and create solutions.
- Customer service experience.

Tools & Technologies:

- CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
- ITIL v3 Foundation or previous Service/Support Desk experience.
- IT security (firewalls, anti-virus, etc).
- Experience of technical authoring both internal (knowledge base) and customer-facing support documentation or articles.
