Accounts Administrator
We are working on behalf of a prestigious manufacturing client based in the Swansea area who are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator.

Responsibilities will include:

* Receive and process Purchase Invoices
* Payroll processing
* Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
* Answer Supplier queries as and when they arise
* Maintain Purchase Ledger
* Data entry
* Sales Ledger processing
* General administration duties
* Reception duties, answer all incoming calls, greet visitors.


* Experience of working with SAGE Line 50 essential
* Qualification in AAT/ACCA
* EXCEL experience
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Additional information:

* Salary dependant on experience
* Permanent, full time
* You will be reporting to the Finance Manager
