Acorn Technology is currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding managed service consultancy in Bristol who are looking to add two members to their IT Support team.
As a member of the service desk, you would be joining a group of inclusive and dynamic individuals, operating within an environment of mutual respect and passion for IT support.
The successful applicant will be providing front line IT support to a range of clients and infrastructures. You must be able to work independently and have strong task management skills with excellent communication abilities.
There would be the option for hybrid and remote working, with the need to occasionally visit client sites. Expenses will be paid for business miles and broadband costs.
Comprehensive training will be given, as will continuous investment into your development.
Tools and technologies:
* Office 365
* Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
* Teams/SharePoint administration
* Active Directory
* Windows 10 and Mac OS
