The successful Corporate Solicitor will be exposed to a high value case load to add to their portfolio and the chance to work in a wide range of corporate matters including share sales, purchases, restructuring, etc.

You will be:

* Responsible for a caseload involving various corporate matters.
* Work closely with the marketing team, assisting in improving the presence of the brand.
* Dealing with an array of company, regulatory and contract law principles.

We are looking for:

* The ideal individual will have between 1-4 years PQE
* Experience in dealing with a diverse and large caseload.
* Positive attitude, someone with ambition and passion for corporate law, with good technical skills.
