This is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an intimate and growing real estate team based in Brighton.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have their own large case load of high value real estate matters to deal with to the level of the firm.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be part of a modern flexi working approach and be responsible for a caseload of various real estate matters including freehold purchase and sales, acquisition and disposal, leases and renewal, and landlord and tenant work, etc.


You will be:

* Working your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Working closely with the Paralegals and assisting them in their development.
* Handling a busy caseload of various conveyancing matters.


We are looking for:

* Someone technically strong with a variety of different property experiences.
* The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE.
* Previous experience managing people would be beneficial.
