Job Description
Our client, a national housing developer, requires a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a five month contract on a site in Swansea.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a residential development background, and will need to be experienced in dealing with groundwork packages. They will also need experience of using COINS.
The client is prepared to engage the successful candidate through their own personal service company if required, outside of IR35. This would be subject to the individual and the PSC passing the relevant HMRC checks.
