We are recruiting for a part time Accounts assistant for one of our clients based in Mold.
Job duties:
* General administration duties including filing, post and phones
* Inputting supplier invoices on Sage 50 purchase Ledger
* Inputting bank receipts through Sage 50
* Assisting month end accounts including payment of suppliers
* Collating and processing weekly timesheets and utilising Sage Payroll
Ideal candidate must have experience working on Sage line 50.
Location: Mold
Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour / £11.50 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 3days a week, flexible on what days - hours between 9am-5pm.
