Job Title: Bid & Sales Co-ordinator
Salary: £30k - £35
Location: Swansea
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Swansea. This new role will form part of the business development team, who focus on new business and retention of existing clients within the cleaning and soft FM service sector, whilst also providing support to the wider business administrative function where required

Main dutiers and responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the business development team by helping create written and visually compelling material for submissions in response to new and existing client service tenders.

In addition, the role will include identification of new sales targets, whilst providing marketing material to support the companies' activities, whether through our website, case studies or in direct response to a service request. The role will therefore include: -

* Assisting in the completion and submission of bid responses, whether PQQ's, SQ's or full tender submissions
* Support the writing of new content for specific bids together with associated imagery leading to delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within client defined timeframes
* Presentation of all tender material in agreed format
* Maintain content for the bid library to ensure it has the latest information for the Business Development team to access, including case studies, standard responses and capturing evidence from operational contracts.
* Updating and maintaining client portal information
* Supporting the identification of sales targets
* Creating marketing material, developing graphics, presentations and company material for print or through digital media.
* Develop a style guide across the business
* Provision of content to support the companied website
* Where requested, contributing to company-wide projects

Skills required:

* The candidate would ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales, marketing or bid management role or have a suitable qualification that supports the role
* Must possess a good understanding and working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills, together with a knowledge of social media platforms.
* Experience with Wordpress is desirable.
* Experience with design software such as Adobe InDesign is desirable
* Must be personable, with a strong written ability and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
