Job Description
As and Administrative Assistant your job role will be varied, often deadline orientated and be far reaching in supporting three operating businesses, including manufacturing, installation contracting and utility businesses.

You will provide support to the shared services functions including Reception, Finance and HR department to help with peaks in workload along with providing holiday cover across the team.

The client offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to shared services department at group level, offering admin support to operating companies directly or through finance, HR and administration.

Experience required:

* Desirable: Extensive in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
* Qualification in Office Administration would be a benefit


* Assist with day to day operations of the Admin, Finance and HR functions and duties
* Provide clerical and admin support to the Financial Controller
* Assist with processing accounts receivable and payable
* Help maintain and update spreadsheets to present information from HR and Finance
* Assist with processing expenses
* Organise filling virtual filling systems on the client's server
* Helping with the recruitment process and ensuring spreadsheets are up to date
* Cover reception in times of sickness and holiday

This is not a remote role. It is based at the office in Truro area.
