We are currently recruiting for our client who are a well known steelworks contractor in Cardiff.

This is an ongoing full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 4pm, with overtime when required paying £11.50 per hour for the right candidate.

Previous experience in a similar role is required for this role.

Duties:

* To supervise a team of Cleaners/Janitors
* Cover cleaning duties when team members are absent
* Arrange cover from within the team
* Uphold standards
* Audit areas
* Manage the cleaning stock

You will be required to:

* Drive continuous process improvements
* Achieve performance targets
* Maximise customer satisfaction
* Understand departmental KPIs
* Regularly monitor performance and data to ensure KPIs are met daily
* Monitor accidents and incidents
* Ensure the provisions such as PPE and tools are well maintained and used in the correct manner

There will be a daily schedule of tasks that needs to be completed as well additional requirements.
