Acorn is currently recruiting for a well-known steelworks contractor in Cardiff. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6am - 4pm, pay is £11.50 per hour.

Contract: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Hours: Mon-Fri, 6am - 4pm
Pay: Up to £24,000

Previous experience is required in a similar role.

* Supervise a team of Industrial Cleaners and Janitors
* Cover all aspects of administration required within your role so previous office experience is highly advantageous.
* Supervisor experience is essential.
* Cover cleaning duties when team members are absent and arrange cover from within the team
* Uphold standards
* Audit areas
* Manage cleaning stock
* Complete a daily schedule of tasks, with additional requirements and all admin duties as required.
* Drive continuous process improvements
* Achieve performance targets
* Maximise customer satisfaction
* Understand departmental KPIs
* Regularly monitor performance and data to ensure KPIs are met daily
* Monitor accidents and incidents
* Ensure the provisions such as PPE and tools are well maintained and used in the correct manner
