We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for 360 / Excavator Drivers for on-going permanent positions with a well-known contractor at Port Talbot Steelworks.

Applicants must have:

* Experience and relevant qualifications such as CPCS or NPORS in Excavator above 10 tonne, rigid chassis rear tipping dump truck (Cat 775,771,777s) and Loading shovel
* Experience of using buckets, peckers / hammers and other attachments
* Previous experience of operating heavy plant in an industrial environment
* A CCNSG Site Safety Passport is required to work on site (which will be reimbursed following a successful probation period)
* All applicants must have a valid driving licence

Working hours:

* Based on a 4-on-4 off shift - 2 days/2 nights
* 7 shift cycles, followed by 18 days off

Expected annual earnings are circa £36,000-£40,000 with overtime opportunities paid at premium rates, and quarterly bonuses.

Successful applicants will be subject to a pre-employment medical examination and substance abuse test.
