Job Description
Acorn Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Technician (software) for their client based in Bristol. This a full-time permanent position, offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum and hybrid working offered, once trained.

As an IT Support Technician, your main responsibility will be to provide an excellent standard of Technical Software support.


Key responsibilities:

* Provide technical support of software systems
* Share your knowledge with your colleagues and help train new starters
* Configure software systems
* Liaise with the Development team when required to help resolve technical support issues
* Work with Development to support system upgrades and system improvements
* Liaise with Project Delivery and Support to keep the customer informed of project progress where appropriate
* Contribute to the maintenance of the Procedures Manual as and when required
* Attend and proactively contribute to meetings when required
* Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge
* Any other reasonable duties as required

* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
* Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases
