Do you have customer service experience with an eye for detail, looking to work in a busy office? Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for their ever-growing client based in North Bristol.
Contract type: Temporary to permanent
Hourly pay: £12.31
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Office-based, North Bristol
Day-To-Day Duties
Managing orders:
* Receive the orders from customers and internal machine company orders, verify them or record them on the ERP and follow them up (delivery times, dispatch and payment)
* Take care and follow up the special procedures for orders from key customers
* Control the receipt of orders, verifying the fulfilment of provisions
* Process refunds and coordinate with Logistics in the process
Dispatch:
* Contact the transport company to contract palletise loads
* Detail, get and/or approve the necessary documents for dispatch
* Follow up of the goods dispatched and address any incidents that may occur, detailing the documents and movements in the corresponding systems
Client processing:
* Work with the client processing, maintaining an updated data base of clients, price lists, discounts
Our client's preferences:
* Customer service experience in manufacturing
* Comfortable using SAP
* Microsoft Outlook & Excel
* Higher Education preferred
