Receptionist / Administrator - Bridgwater - Permanent - £21,500 - £22,000 DOE
We are recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for a growing construction company based in Bridgwater.
The hours of work will be 37.5 hours a week with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day. Monday to Friday flexible working between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
You will be working in the main reception so will be working on your own most of the time.
Duties for the receptionist part of the role, will be to meet and greet visitors, take incoming calls and direct them to the relevant department using their switchboard system.
Whilst sat on reception you will undertake numerous administration duties which will include:
* Invoicing
* Diary management
* Ordering stock
* Replying to emails
* Filing
* General admin using Microsoft Packages
The role would suit someone who can likes to manage their own time and workload and is happy to take on additional tasks.
