Acorn is looking for a Trainee insurance Account Advisor, the role comes with an on the job degree qualification.


Our client is looking to hear from candidates who want to have a bright future within financial services and who are happy to be trained up in work time to gain a national recognised degree within financial services. If you want to be an account advisor we would love to hear from you, we are a bubbly team who give a lot of support and guidance to anyone new wanting to join the business.


Salary £23,000- £26,000 per annum initially per annum for the right candidate plus further pay increases once more knowledge is gained through passing your CII qualification.

You will be provided with full training on the job and the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications to degree level paid for by the company.


About you:

* You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships
* You have awesome problem-solving skills
* You may currently be working in a customer care or admin role and are now looking for a career within account management, or have worked in hospitality and looking for a change
* You don't need any previous experience as our client offers on-site training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications
* You will have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset
* You will be ambitious and want to eventually progress up the ladder with support, encouragement and development programmes.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm and one Saturday morning a month 9am-12.00pm
