Senior Private Client Solicitor/FCILEx Taunton

A very busy and successful law firm with several offices in the South West are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive for their Taunton Office. This forward thinking law firm is undergoing a period of expansion and this is a good time to join a dynamic team.


The successful candidate can expect a varied caseload across the whole range of Private Client matters including but not limited to:

* Will drafting
* Inheritance Tax Planning,
* Administration of Estates, and Trusts,
* Elderly Client Services and LPAs
* Court of Protection work
* Estates Administration

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this role.

As is the ability to forge strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

There is the support of a senior Private Client Solicitor, but the successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload independently.

The right person will be an experienced Private Client lawyer, and possibly have STEP qualifications and membership or working towards this qualification.
